1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or otherwise using the Solidity Space platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. What Solidity Space is

Solidity Space is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of space and aerospace assets, including mining rights, satellite capacity, launch slots, orbital slots, data-centre compute and last-mile drone delivery. Solidity Space is not a broker, a custodian, or a party to the contracts formed between users.

3. Payments and settlement

Buyers may pay in USD, or settle on-chain in USDC. Funds are held until delivery conditions are confirmed. USD payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; Solidity Space does not store payment details.

4. Space resource disclaimers

Rights to space resources are subject to an evolving international legal framework, including the Outer Space Treaty. Nothing listed on the platform constitutes a claim of national appropriation or sovereignty.

5. Disputes

Where a delivery is disputed, funds remain held until the dispute is resolved under the platform's dispute process.
